Step 1 - Photos 
I cannot stress enough how important it is to get a good reference image. Most phone cameras today have great resolution and work perfectly for getting a good pet portrait.

Please click here to see my helpful pet photo guide which can help you take the best photograph of your pet. The better the photo, the better the portrait will be! 
If you would like 2 or more pets in one drawing or painting and only have separate images of them then that is no problem. I am able to merge separate images together to make one group portrait. 

Step 2 - Deposit 
In order to secure your commission into my diary I do take a 50% deposit. 

The outstanding 50% can then be paid once the commission is complete and the customer is happy.

UK customers are to send payments via bank transfer and all customers outside of the UK are to send payments via PayPal.


Step 3 - Finalise and Packaging
Once the commission is complete I will send an image of the final product. Once the customer is 100% happy and the outstanding payment has been received I will then package up the painting. All parcels are sent on the fastest delivery option to ensure the quickest and safest possible delivery of your pet portrait.
