24 hour money back guarantee 
I provide a 24 hour money back guarantee period from the time of receiving the deposit. If a customer decides to cancel their commission within this 24 hour period then they will receive a full refund. After this 24 hour period, deposits are non refundable. 

Damages
All paintings are packaged extremely well and I have never had any damages to my packages or paintings however, in the very unlikely event of any damages I ask for the customer to immediately send me images of the painting and packaging. The painting will then need to be sent back to me in its original packaging. The cost of all shipping will be met by the customer. Any repairs or replacement will be completed at no additional cost.

Cancellation
If a customer cancels their commission after the 24 hour period but before I start the commission then they will lose their deposit. 
If a customer cancels their commission after I have started or completed the commission then they will lose their deposit and there will also be a fee to cover material costs and the hours spent on the painting.


Use of artwork
Lucy Kay Art retains copyright on all artwork produced and reserves the right to use all paintings on social media platforms and my website for my own promotional material. I will not reproduce customers artwork for sale. If a customer would prefer for their artwork to not be displayed, they need to let me know before ordering.
